RING-A-DING-DING! HO! HO! HO!
MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!
2018 was another good one! We started the year with the Easyriders Show in Sacramento. Then... AND THEN... we
attended the Mecum Vintage and Antique Motorcycle Auction at the South Point Casino in Las Vegas, and, we also visited
the Bonham's Motorcycle Auction at the Rio Casino, visited the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, saw Elvis, and took the whole
dam tour at Hoover Dam! Click on any photo to go to that photo's web page; print this file scaled at 85% or use this link to a printable copy of this letter in an Adobe PDF file: print me

February is Almond Festival time in Capay Valley; great grandchild Willow's 2nd birthday in March;
continued motorcycle riding in March and April and... May, we did our spring road trip to Oregon and,
and... Lucy, a Shit Zoo puppy joined us, and, Izzy was diagnosed with cancer. Izzy mothered Lucy for
2 weeks before she had to be put down, Penny wants to be the center of attention and for the most part
ignores Lucy. The rest of summer Lucy was attending training.
We attended Road Trip Bar & Grill's 10th Anniversary
gala celebration at Cache Creek Casino in July. We spent 4 days at Pinecrest Lake again in August, and,
the fall roadtrip via the Oregon Coast Highway to Oregon
in August included looking at houses for sale on the coast
(that's not the one, and
this is not the one either).
September, Sharon participated in the Red Hats' road trip to Apple Hill
(Rusl [chauffer] tagged along), and then... AND THEN... Sharon's birthday this year came during a
4 week horsepiddle incarceration
to have a 7 hour surgery to correct an intestinal blockage - lost 45 inches of small intestines and
had a long recovery lasting past Thanksgiving, but, she's all better now.
We have continued going to the West Sacramento Recreation Center
to work out 4 days a week, and Rusl is continuing in Lucy
completed beginner, intermediate & advanced training and will be 1 year old in March 2019 - she is like a Tasmanian devil whirlwind (but what a
cute face); well educated Penny at 6 years old in December
is still just a BIG PUPPY and is regularly called on to assist in testing other dogs and training new canine instructors at
, check her out on one of Penny's testing and training web pages here:

And now... December, Christmas, and 2018 are just days away. Next year will interesting as we complete packing and preparing the West Sacramento house
for sale in January and moving to a home on the Oregon coast!
WHEW! What a year. Photos of all these events and more are available on our websites, some on www.russellrazholder.com
and some on www.sharonholder.com; click on "New Photos" for 2018 or "ALL PHOTOS" for 1945 to now on Rusl's website, click

We wish all y'all a Very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year!
