Here's the plan for Sunday, February 25th...
same plan as last year...
ride to Elkhorn Saloon for breakfast at 10am...
then ride west through Woodland and Madison [take back roads north around Madison] to Esparto...
... and check out the car show in Esparto...
then ride west through Capay, past Cache Creek Casino, through Brooks to...
... to "our" orchard to take photos of the almond blossoms...
then ride west to Guinda for Bar-B-Qued oysters... [nevermind, running late this year]
then ride west to rumsy for almond ice cream... [nevermind, running late this year]
then ride back to the Road Trip Bar & Grill lunch...

OK, here we go...
... 50o and clear blue skies...
... Hippo Hands (hippohands.com) installed...

... riding west out of Woodland...
... and then taking back roads north around Madison to Esparto...
... oops...
... apparently a wreck with a lot of emergency vehicles has the road blocked/closed...
... soooo... left turn on lane and a half wide road I've never been on before...
... crummy road, great scenery...

... I almost bought a new 65 Chevy when they first came out, but no...
... a lot of really nice muscle cars there but didn't see any street rods...
... you know, like a 32 Ford 5 window coupe chopped and channeled...
... or a 40 Ford coup or a 40 Ford pickup...
... just as well... Babydoll wouldn't agree with the $$$...
