2008: RING-A-DING-DING! HO! HO! HO! <<<pic>>> Waiting for Santa... Sharon has been a lot more active this year with the improvement of her health, and, riding a lot more, up to 75mph on the freeway! She even went bouncing with Jack and Tyler at the Bounce Spot here in town on Thanksgiving. Richard has threatened to send the video in to America's Funniest Home Videos, "Bouncing Grannies" (Some muscles are still sore as we type this). <<<pic>>> Yosomite Valley!!! Bernie is now a 50 year old puppy, lumpy sometimes, but still playful. She will get in the pool whenever she wants no matter what the temperature is outside. Sharon often gets out of bed and steps on a damp rug where Bernie lays after swimming in the middle of the night. Izzy has turned out to be the very barky protective wiggle butt, wiggle butt because of how she wags her tail: back and forth, up and down, round in circles, repeat. And, Izzy loves to play tug a war with Bernie. <<<pic>>> Dinner stop coming back from San Jose Rusl has kept his day job. We hope by the time he gets to 65 we will be able to afford for him to retire (hoping the lottery numbers hit soon). We have spent most of our time with projects around the house and riding short trips here and there. We rode with Sharon's brother and a couple of neighbors to Yosemite which was Sharon's first trip there. Beautiful ride. We wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year! ENOUGH! "this pretty well wipes out the Christmas fund for this year, proposal, lets don't go to Big Bend
National Park in Texas this year for Christmas and say we are (so don't bother coming by or calling),
and, print up a certificate to put into everyone's Christmas card that says something like '2010 Season
Pass to the Bodega Bay Pool and Hotub Facility (not valid during the Redwood Run, Hollister Ralley,
Street Vibrations, or on any other weekend when the proprietors decide to go for a ride).'"
Quiet Thanksgiving and equally quiet Christmas expected. We are still waiting for the winning lottery
ticket and Rusl's retirement has been pushed to at least 66 - more money per month if he waits.
We wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year! Sharon, Raz, Bernie, Izzy, Dave, Lucky
