Hi Russell,
Considering the fact that names are being slung about, In Debs and my defense of
being conspiciously absent, We did recieve a letter from the Hiroshima law firm, but was not
intimidated by it whatsoever, knowing we had no unclean knowledge of what was going on
in the background. We were told by the Shauna administration that an effort was being made to
contact the Southern Ca. Harley Riders group to gather information on how to go about
starting a similar organization. We were told because of legal ramifications (mumbo Jumbo)
this could take a few months and would be kept
in the loop. As time passed were were dropped from that loop and subsiquently joined the
Folsom hog chapter, as quite a few others did as well. After about four to six months passed
we were contacted by Bill Waits who informed us another club was indeed formed and was
asked to join. We were reluctant at first as we were a bit butthurt from being dropped from
the loop, but reconsidered after being told of the Bruce J. administration, which seemed to
be a solid foundation for the RCHR. Hence fourth our participation in our current orginization.
Just a bit of factual information for your future endeavors.

Howdy MP, et al,
Eyyyyyyyyy... THANKS FOR THAT INFORMATION! I don't know how you got dropped from the email loop,
but I wouldn't think it was intentional - sorry about that. I have all emails I have received or
sent since 1996, and, a search produces emails to and from you in March...May...July... 2009...
hard to believe there have only been about 6400 emails since the "other club" was disbanded (some
with messages like "Where is everybody????????????? is anybody out there???? What happened? Stan"),
but that's all. Anyway, seems like in those days we were trying to stay in contact with everyone
not affiliated with the "other club" or the "other club's sister club" that we thought were
interested in riding together. I really do not believe the breakdown in communication was personal,
just a falling through the crack in troubled times.
"No unclean knowledge"... neither of you were on the "other club's" board?... my mistake...
thought one of you were... thought I had seen all you all at the board meetings... well... if you
weren't on the board then you likely did not know about the special board meeting after the "other
club's" 2008 Christmas party when the remaining personal property (physical) assets of the "other
club" were disposed of... which... was one of the "other club's" sponsor's points in the threatened
law suit... and... those on the board at the time that voted in favor of the manner of disposition
proposed would have all been liable... likewise for other points in the threatened suit. Sure, the
threatened law suit may have all been puffed up positioning, but, Hiroshima's words to me were the
reason I moved almost all my money out of American banks and into some select off shore banks, and,
only kept just a few pallets of $100 bills in the vault under the swimming pool - just for incidentals.
Sharon and I also attended a Folsom HOG meeting, but, their pizza place was just TOO DAMN LONG of
a drive in the traffic at that time of day... reckon if RCHR were at the Old Spaghetti Factory
during peek traffic time then we would have been conspicuously late to all the meetings.
Golly Mark, how long has it been since we talked?... I think sitting at a table in Steve Brigg's
back yard at a BBQ Steve and Martha hosted for a "big ride." I have never been much of a social
butter fly, rather I have been of the position that if I stayed in one spot during a party then
| sooner or later I would end up seeing
everyone when they passed by. We should
all talk more often, and that is just
one more of the things that I believe
needs to be addressed for RCHR's benefit,
and I have some novel ideas on how to
remedy that!
Thanks again for your clarification,
KF!
