DRILL: starting from a LEFT HAND STRIKE as in the 1st bordered image (image #63) of the SEGNENT 7 PART 2 images above, do an overhand-wrap into a RIGHT HAND STRIKE followed by an overhand-wrap into a LEFT HAND STRIKE as in the 2nd bordered image (image #73) of the SEGNENT 7 PART 2 images above, and that's "ONE"... repeat this drill for a minute... maximum number of repetitions within a minute reported is 27... match that... BEAT THAT!
