Aleve, cortisone shots, hyaluronic acid shot series, Aleve, now... no treatment Please rate the severity of your pain (0 = no pain, 10 = the worst pain) 9 (10 <--> 4 broken ribs) Please describe the symptoms you are experiencing. aching, dull, sharp, stabbing, shooting, stiffness, pain going down the leg, weakness not symptoms you are experiencing: throbbing, catching, tingling, numbness, burning, electricity-like Are your symptoms: worsening How often are you having these symptoms? constant, disturbs my sleep, pain with activity, pain at rest not having these symptoms: daytime only, gets worse later in the day Do you have swelling? none Does it feel like your knee is going to collapse or give way? Yes (it does!) Are you able to use stairs: normally (don't have any or normally encounter any) How far can you walk? less than 1 block; sometimes when I'm walking in the house my knee feels just fine and I ask myself *WHY* am i considering replacement surgery, then I recall... back stance,...
